TOMES Born April, 1963 in Manila.  PWU, Fine Arts.  Awards and prizes: AAP Open Competition, PLDT Visual Art contest, Meralco Contest, Metro Bank, Asean Youth Competition, International Marian Year Competition, National Committee Against Apartheid and UST Art Competition.  Exhibited at the Ayala Gallery, Metro Bank Lobby, Meralco Lopez Building, AAP, PICC, Commission on Human Rights Exhibits, National Commission on Culture and Arts. As an artist, his formative years were greatly influenced by Filipino artist Lamarroza - both in style and subject.
